Hey love! I totally get that life happens—kids get sick, things come up, and sometimes the day just gets away from you. I promise, just as you don’t want to waste my time, I never want to charge you for a service you won’t receive. All I ask is that you let me know! If you need to reschedule and you keep that new appointment, no worries at all—no fees, no fuss, we move on like normal. 💁♀️✨ However, if you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment and don’t reschedule, I do require a percentage of the service total to be paid up front before booking your next appointment. That amount will go toward your future visit. Communication is key—text me, call me, just reach out. 💕 I appreciate your respect for my time and energy, and I’ll always give you the same in return.
